I was once asked what my passion was. I can say with absolute pride and conviction that it is bodywork and education. For over 23 years I have been practicing and studying holistic health. My modalities include: Myofascial Therapy - Deep Tissue/Structural Rehabilitation - Trigger Point Therapy - Alexander Technique - BodyMind Therapies - Neuromuscular Therapies -Corrective Therapies - Chinese Medical Massage Therapies - Craniosacral Therapy

My passion lead me to work in various wellness settings to find my ideal place. I began my career working in local resort spas. When I found myself veering more towards the clinical side of massage I went to work for various chiropractors and acupuncturist to study anatomy, kinesiology, herbs and acupressure points. I was also a seasonal therapist at Chopra Center when I discovered the healing therapies of Auyerveda. While I continue to build my private practice at Mikrospa I maintain my position as the lead therapist at MCRD San Diego. Here I have have hands on experience with the healing powers of bodywork on PTSD. I am developing a PTSD/Bodywork course/program for soldiers and their spouses. My goal is to provide body mind awareness both before and after combat training.

Recently, I have accomplished a 10 year goal of joining the massage team for the San Diego Chargers! Go Bolts!
